Introduction The Laboratory for Integrated Infrastructure Management (LIIM) at City University of Hong Kong believes the power of integration among multiple disciplines, facilities, and phases based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) for smart and sustainable cities. The LIIM focuses on four main research areas: (1) BIM-based integrated infrastructure project management, (2) smart and sustainable infrastructure development, (3) automated monitoring, and (4) off-site construction, to promote smart and sustainable built environment.
